The Israel Defense Forces said in a statement that it launched the “comprehensive counter-terrorism effort in the Jenin city area and the Jenin countryside,” targeting “terrorist infrastructure.”
Forces carried out at least 10 airstrikes. Hundreds of soldiers attacked what they said was a militant “command and control” center, as well as weapons and explosives manufacturing sites.
