Israel Air Force's new special operations unit

Organizational change in Israel’s air force: the corps’ two elite ground units will be united under one roof in Palmachim for a front landing unit and a dedicated intelligence unit. Objective: to optimize the interface between units. The unification would allow for the strengthening of lateral learning and the development of commanders of these elite units, which are responsible for rescue operations, commandos and covert damage to enemy assets. The new organization will also serve intelligence personnel who came from a parallel branch in the Air Force intelligence division. In fact, the establishment of the merger will be acceptable to other special units that have been incorporated in the IDF under the same unitary framework, such as the commando brigade in the ground arm and in front of the new multidimensional unit.
