The instructors of the course are former officers of the special units of the various security and defense forces of the State of Israel. The most important advantage is that the instructors are still in reserve in their units, which allows them to be updated with the latest combat techniques and tactics applied in high-risk areas.

The course in Israel contains more content with real fire, which allows for more complete exercises, something that is not allowed in Spain due to current legislation. For example, in Israel 1,200 cartridges are fired in a week’s course, while in Spain only 100 cartridges are fired.

Guardian is a company with extensive experience in the security and defense training sector and we know the needs of security and defense personnel in the Spanish market covering the most important gaps such as almost 100% practical schedule instead of theory, applying exercises with maximum use of live fire cartridges, etc.

With these documents Guardian will arrange the permission to conduct the course in Israel issued by the Ministry of Defense of the State of Israel.

To get a job offer through Guardian there are three options: (it is worth mentioning that these options do not imply any commitment on the part of Guardian, everything depends on the availability of contracts and of course on the professional and personal evaluation of the candidate).

  • Guardian LTD Israel has security and protection contracts in different countries in South America, most of the agents working on these contracts are of Israeli origin, however from time to time we are asked for trained personnel who speak Spanish to complete different services.
  • Guardian maintains recruitment agreements with the most important security companies in Spain, when looking for qualified personnel for private security these companies go to the database of Guardian students to find trained and specialized personnel, companies request a professional and personal evaluation of the student assigned in his file by the instructors of the course.
